Informational purpose

Repair guidance on this site is general information. Appliances vary by model, year and region. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and local codes.

No professional relationship

We are not a licensed repair contractor and we do not perform repairs. A quote request is routed to an independent technician; any work is between you and that technician.

Safety and warranty

Gas, refrigerant and high-voltage work must be performed by a licensed technician. Attempting repairs may void a manufacturer warranty.

No commercial influence

We do not sell parts and we take no commission on parts sales. Repair guidance is written independently of any retailer or manufacturer.

Trademarks

Brand names are trademarks of their owners and are used for identification only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.
